The problem of hangover occurs because of the excessive drinking of the alcohol. The common problems caused by hangover problems are fatigue, dizziness, nausea, jitters and vomiting. Sometimes people also face the problem of dehydration that leads to the headache and general pain problems. You should need to know some tips that help you to avoid these types of common symptoms of hangover in the morning.

Hangovers are a hateful ill caused by over-drinking, great times the night before are often replaced by a range of needling symptoms. These may include a severe headache, sensitivity to loud noise and bright light, diarrhea, loss of appetite, shaking, nausea, fatigue, dehydration, inability to concentrate and anxiety. A number of factors contribute to how severe a hangover may be, of course these include how much the person has to drink and the tolerance of the individual. Other contributing factors include drinking on an empty stomach and lack of sleep.

Over consumption of alcohol invariably results in a hangover; just how much alcohol is necessary to produce one depends on the biochemical individuality of the consumer, and the type of drink consumed. Distilled liquors, such as whiskey and gin, have a more immediate impact than wines or beers, and all alcohol is absorbed more quickly when mixed with a carbonated beverage. Once in the bloodstream, alcohol reaches the brain in minutes. At first it acts as a stimulant, producing euphoria. This soon gives way to central nervous system depression and feelings of numbness, and finally to sleep or unconsciousness.

Don’t take any headache medicine when you get home. Many people think these tablets will help them prevent hangovers, but what actually happens is that Aspirin will upset the stomach and will increase the chances of a hangover. The leading ingredient in analgesics, Acetaminophen (or Paracetamol) can cause your liver to explode when it mixes with your alcohol still in your body. Just drink lots of water.

Fruit juice contains fructose, a form of sugar that helps the body burn alcohol faster that helps accelerate the removal of remaining alcohol in your body. So drinking a large glass of apple juice or tomato juice flushes out alcohol from your body thus helping you recover from a hangover faster. Orange juice is more acidic and if you have a weak stomach, it’s best to stick to non-acidic juices.

Water before bed. Dehydration is a huge cause of a hangover. Your body loses a ton of water when you drink alcohol, which is a diaretic and causes you to have to urinate a lot more than normal. Drinking as much water as possible before bed prevents the morning after headache and extreme thirst. The reason you have a headache after drinking is primarily because your body takes stored water from your brain to replace what alcohol takes away, making your head feel like it is being squeezed with a vice the next morning. Always try to drink a glass of water before bed. A sports drink would also help if you need some flavor.
